Transfer Welcome Day

Join other UMBC students, community college ambassadors, and Transfer Student Network mentors for an engaging experience to help you prepare for your UMBC journey.

All new transfer students are invited to attend. Staff and students will provide important information about classes and transfer credits.  Lunch will be provided, then students will get a chance to do a fun team-building event at the National Aquarium in the Inner Harbor in Baltimore.  The day ends at 5 pm back on campus.  All expenses are covered for this event.  Transfer Welcome Day will feature an opportunity to meet other new transfer students and talk with Transfer Student Network peer mentors. Transfer Welcome Day will be held on Sunday, August 26, 2018.

Transportation and lunch will be provided. Pre-registration is required here.
