Interested in Welcome Week Events but don't want to go alone? Meet us in the OCSS lobby!
We will leave promptly at 2:30 p.m. to walk over to the UMBC Events Center to Convocation.
What's Convocation you ask?
This celebration brings faculty, staff, and students together for the formal beginning of a new academic year. You will hear from your new UMBC President, Vice President for Student Affairs, and SGA President about what it means to be a UMBC Retriever!
All new students are expected to attend this event. Please have your Campus ID ready for scanning.
